Our vision is to uplift these communities by imparting knowledge in resilience, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mental health techniques. TTT's mission revolves around promoting healing from generational trauma and fostering a deeper understanding of mental well-being, aiming to create a lasting positive impact on individuals, groups, and entire communities.
TTT offers a wide array of services, including personalized therapy sessions, group workshops, and extensive training programs. Their key activities focus on providing one-on-one therapy, conducting educational and awareness campaigns, and offering organizational consulting services tailored to improve mental well-being within workplaces. Meet The Team

Dr. Estera Borcsa
I am passionate about global peacebuilding, international law, empowering women, and breaking generational trauma.
With a master’s from USC and a doctoral degree from California Baptist University, I chair the UN Sustainable Development Goals and founded Teach Train Transform LLC to aid oppressed communities. I work as a licensed psychotherapist, clinical director, and adjunct professor, conducting training for various organizations.

Piyush Kumar Maske
A dynamic Digital Marketer with over six years of experience, I have honed my skills in social media management, influencer campaigns, and graphic design. My proven track record showcases my ability to enhance brand presence and engage audiences effectively.
I excel in executing diverse marketing strategies that are both creative and adaptable, ensuring that each campaign resonates with its target audience. With a passion for innovation and a to achieving measurable results, I continuously strive to elevate brands in a competitive digital landscape.

Meghana Narang
I am the global health research intern for Teach Train Transform. I am currently working on getting my Masters of Science in Molecular Pathology and Experimental Medicine at the University of Southern California.
I chose to join TTT as I am very interested in educating the public on the intersectionality of neuroscience and trauma responses. I hope to reach as many communities as possible and help people to heal their trauma in a productive and companionate manor.

Leticia Hernández Swiney
Leticia Hernández Swiney is an Integrated Health Communications Intern with Teach Train Transform and a graduate student completing a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Integrated Health. Her interests include neuroscience-based trauma healing, human trafficking prevention and survivor support, juvenile justice, and ancestral and intergenerational healing.
With experience in healthcare, behavioral health, advocacy, faith-based service, and community engagement, Leticia is passionate about strengthening relational safety, family wellness, and successful community reentry for vulnerable youth and families.

Zeina El Haty
Zeina El Haty is a graduate student with a passion for communications, public relations, and meaningful storytelling.
Originally from Egypt, she believes in the power of communication to connect people, raise awareness, and inspire positive change.
Through her work, Zeina enjoys creating engaging content that amplifies important voices and supports organizations making a difference in their communities.

Sophida C. Simmons
Sophida C. Simmons is a mental health professional with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and communities. She has worked in diverse settings, including IOP and SUD facilities, and is knowledgeable about various insurance programs.
Her strengths-based, person-centered approach emphasizes dignity and culturally responsive care, providing assessment and ongoing support for clients with serious mental health challenges. Known for her compassion and reliability, Sophida focuses on continuous learning and aims to enhance care coordination and access to quality mental health services.
